We partner with organizations and SMEs to maximize the potential of local heritage and ingredients, transforming them into innovative and marketable food products. As product developers, our core mission revolves around contributing to product development that aims to:
1. Preserve Culture: Sustain local traditions and narratives through creative food products.
2. Add Value: Elevate and enhance products derived from community-sourced raw materials.
3. Integrate Technology: Apply and adapt appropriate technologies to empower community producers.

Featured Projects:
Project 1 "The Tha Phae Gate 3D Ice Cream"
This unique initiative, developed in support of the "second-year brand" young entrepreneurs under a project from STeP, CMU, seamlessly blends Northern Thailand's rich cultural heritage with 3D printing. Working with them, we crafted ice cream that incorporates Khao Tan, a beloved traditional sweet, exemplifying how indigenous ingredients can integrate with modern culinary techniques. Its shape replicates the intricate designs of Chiang Mai's iconic Tha Phae Gate, acting as a powerful form of cultural soft power and effectively boosting tourism and engagement. This ice cream is currently available at festivals in Chiang Mai.
Project 2: Cultural Product Development: "The Golden Banana Ice Cream"
A Case Study in Chiang Rai Province
We collaborated with the research team from Chiang Rai Rajabhat University on this project, dedicated to developing products that preserve the rich culture of the Ban Pa Tung Rim Kok community.
"The Golden Banana Ice Cream," a direct outcome of this community-driven research, creatively utilizes local resources, e.g., the fragrant golden banana (developed without added sugar) and the intricate 3D-shaped sculptures found on the Sak Kawan Temple pagoda. This project demonstrates community empowerment through innovative product development and the strategic integration of local resources.
